Guildford Sound & Light have just completed a major sound and lighting installation at 'Diablo's' in Staines. The venue has two floors, with a lively bar on the ground floor and a 400 capacity nightclub underneath.

Martin Audio F8's have been used upstairs and provide the perfect sound solution with a DJ booth fully equipped with Pioneer CDJ1000's and Technics SL1210's. Martin Professional EFX600's have been used to provide some vibrant moving effects and the clever use of L.E.D. X-Chip has given the bar area a stunning mix of colour.

Downstairs, the sound gets serious! Martin Audio F12's and S218 Bass Bins provide the perfect mix of excellent audio quality and power. Martin Audio F8's are used to provide additional sound to the seating and VIP areas. The DJ Booth has the ultimate set up. 2 x Pioneer CDJ1000's, Technics SL1210's together with a Pioneer DJM800 give the DJ's everything they could need. The booth is illuminated by a powerful L.E.D. colourwash.

L.E.D. fixtures have been used in the seating and VIP areas whilst the dancefloor lighting is provided by Martin Professional SCX600 scans and a stunning 3 x Colour laser.

Guildford Sound and Light Technical Director Matthew Ross was pleased with how the installation went.

'Our client demanded the highest quality products for this new project. They were happy to leave the full design and specification to us and I am pleased to say they are ecstatic with the results. The start of the installation was delayed due to overrunning building works which meant we had to work 16 hour shifts in order to stay on schedule. The sound system is amazing and the lighting gives an incredible effect but is also easy to operate and maintain.'
