Smart Boards

Rather than actually drawing on the board with dry markers, the included Smart Board tools will allow you to digitally draw onto and rub off of the board using a range of colours and styles. It even has handwriting recognition. The beauty of all this is that apart from signifying the end of messy pens and stained boards, you can save your annotations to be used again later and even e-mail them to other users. Audio Systems / Paging Systems

Corporate buildings often have a remit for audio equipment that can play both music and announcements. Guildford Sound & Light can specify and install audio systems integrated with media players and paging equipment that will provide your building with the most flexible set of options. This will allow you to play background music with the ability to make announcements in any zone at the push of a button. Of course, if at any point a fire alarm is activated, this will interrupt the audio system and if required, play a pre-recorded evacuation message.
