Another different project saw an off road radio controlled car race track get the Guildford Sound and Light treatment. With a National title race coming to Clanfield Race Track in Hampshire they needed a PA system completely weather proof with enough level to be heard over a large area and over the top of around 15 screaming engines. We specified fourteen 100V IP rated horns, an amplifier with priority over ride, a Gemini radio microphone and a Sennheiser 815s handheld microphone. Let’s not forget the 300m of speaker cable also used. Owner of the track, Tony Bolwell, was one hundred percent happy with the results. We wish him every success with his up coming events.
