Guildford Sound and light have recently finished the supply and installation of a three zone audio system at a fantastic new restaurant in Maidenhead, Berkshire. Nine JBL ceiling speakers were used on the ground floor to give top quality sound with even coverage. Cloud RSL6's on each floor allow volume and source to be selected locally. There is a conference room with an LG 50" screen with the ability to connect various sources including a laptop or DVD player. Things get a little more exciting on the 1st floor with the use of four JBL Control 28 speakers finished in white and another two LG 50" plasma screens. JBL Control 25's take care of the outdoor terraced area. Music is provided by the Escient Fireball digital music manager together with the FP-1 ipod dock. A Sennheiser EW135 radio microphone system is also installed to provide some extra flexibility for speeches and announcements. Amplification is by QSC and the very flexible Cloud CX263 zoner was also used. The styling and finish in the restaurant and bar is of the highest standards and in this project we have shown that the audio and video system can complement this further.
