Q. How quick is your delivery? 

A. All our orders are sent on a 24 - hour courier. Some orders to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands will take longer. 

Q. When will I receive my order? 

A. Nearly everything we sell is in stock at our warehouse. This means if an order is placed before 3pm Monday to Friday, we will deliver the next working day. 

Q. The item I want is marked as OUT OF STOCK. When will you get the product back in? 

A. If we have accurate delivery information from our supplier, we will update the product with a delivery date. Please feel free to call or email us if you want the latest information.

Q. Can I collect my order? 

A. In most cases this is possible. You would need to telephone or email us first so we can make sure everything is ready for you. 

Q. Do you have a showroom? 

A. We have a sales counter where you can collect orders or pop in and buy items from stock. We have huge stocks of all the leading brands. We also have some of the top products available for demo. However, if you wish to have a demonstration of any particular product, or would like technical or specialist advice – Please call or email in advance to ensure we have someone on site to assist you. Please note our sales counter is open Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday 11am – 4pm. We are strictly by appointment at all other times. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. 

Q. How long have you been in business? 

A. Guildford Sound and Light Ltd was set up in 1994 so we have been trading for many years. 

Q. Are you a main dealer for all your products? 

A. We are official authorised dealers for almost all products on our website. We are one of the largest Pioneer DJ dealers in the Europe.
